Hi,

I just bought this printer. I set it up WPS to my wifi and am now running Easy Setup. It prompts for a default factory-set username and Password. It says there is sticker on the back of the printer but I can't find it.

There is the usual model etc details on the bottom but nothing marked username or password. Any idea what to do?

Thanks

If you have already configured the wireless to your network you should not need a password. Rather than running EasyStart, I suggest you install by going to www.123.hp.com/laserjet and running the install that way. Make sure you are not selecting wireless direct as the connection method.
