Product: Color LaserJet M254dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Confusion on my part. I had an M254 and the firmware crashed. Instead of repair, if I purchase a new one, will it work with Catalina (10.15.3)?  Thanks to all.

I understand your printer crashed during the firmware upgrade. If the printer is no longer working you can reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. Also, you can check with them for printers that will be compatible with Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. 

 

Alternatively, you can also check HP Store online for products.
