Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M28-M31
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just unpacked and connected my new Laserjet Pro MFP M28-M31 to replace an older Laserjet. When printing a standard Word document of text, the print quality is very light compared to the previous Laserjet. The test page looks as if it is too light as well.

I have wasted most of the afternoon trying to get an answer to this via HP's various 'support' options without success.  Can the Community help?

What about a internal printer pages ? Can you print a configuration page from printer front panel too see how it will be printed.
