Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

Hi. I've been scannning  to my MacBook Air for years, and now I'm getting a 'No Document Loaded' message after the scan. The scan is successful, but there's no way to name or save the scan. The printer is also giving me a low-toner message, but the scan is quite readable.

A fix would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

@Dubiousraves, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Have you tried Apple Image Capture?

The driver needs to be updated. Try the solutions below, and then try to add your printer to HP Easy Scan.

  • Update HP Easy Scan: Open HP Easy Scan. On the upper bar, click HP Easy Scan, click Check for Updates, and then install any available updates.

Checking for updates in HP Easy Scan

  • Reinstall the print drivers: Click the Apple menu , click System Preferences, and then click Printers and Scanners. Right-click or control-click the blank space in the list of printers, and then click Reset printing system. After resetting the printing system, go to 123.hp.com, search for your printer, and then install the recommended software.

Refer to the document HP Printers - How to Scan (Mac) for additional help.

Keep me posted.
