Hi,
I try to update firmware using a USB thumb drive, when I enter in Device Maintenance sub-menu the printer just stay in "Please wait" for hours. Any ideias what it is?
I need help for that issue.

Hi,
If the message stays for long..then update the firmware using preboot menu.
to enter preboot menu -
1) Power off the printer
2) STart the printer-> once 3 LED glows constantly -> press X button ( you will get blue screen with option)
3) choose Administrator->download ->USB thumbdrive _> select.bdl
4) once 100% complete-> power off the printer, remove USB and restart
If still issue persist then in preboot menu -> choose partial clean( it take 2 sec ) then upgrade new firmware
