Product: OfficeJet 250 mobile
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

My printer won't shut down. It's been saying shutting down for 24 hours now and looks to my Mac as if it's offline.

 

How do I get it to shut down?  Is there a hard stop?

Hi,

Ensure it is unplugged from the power and remove the bottom battery, then put the battery back, plug the power and turn it back on.
