Officejet 4650
Android 8.0 - 8.1 Oreo

I have an Officejet 4650 which is showing the error message "at least one of the cartridges has a problem".

I use offical ink (via HP instant ink) and it worked fine last week.

I have removed the cartridges and reinstalled but it still isnt workiing. I havent been sent any new ink to use a spare.

I have alos tried turning it on and off again - just in case.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks

I have removed and re-installed the cartridges a dozen times following every hint of help from HP, nothing helps. It printed fine on the cartridges that came already installed from the factory, but when I replaced them with genuine HP ink cartridges I received the error message and it will not clear?  my printer is useless! Any help?

Welcome to the HP Community

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer?

Have you enrolled for Instant ink?

Keep me posted.

Have a great day!
