Product: Laserjet 1010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So this product is not support by Windows 10 but there is a work around and its worked great! After connecting the printer through mine to a virtual machine its no longer working, but its still working on the virtual machine running XP.. running hp print and scan doctor it says "Port match problems" Whats the problem its running from DOT_004. It btw also works great on my win 10 laptop but thats running on USB_001.

Your virtual machine may be locking the port and preventing communication.

You know anything that could fix this? The VM is currently off and so is the host program.
