Hi

 

I currently have an Color LaserJet M653 connected to a computer running Windows 7 (This cannot be upgraded)

The printer has started to print yellow no matter what. I have tried to replace the cartrigdes, clean the ink rollers and upgrade the firmware.

I have now decided I want to buy a new printer, but I don't know which it should be. It has compatible with Windows 7 and have the same features as the old printers.

Therefore I would like to hear your opions on the matter.

Hello @Christian155 , how are you ?

 

Regardless of which printer you buy, it may not have a driver, and you may have to install a basic driver because Windows 7 is a very old operating system.
