One Page Will Not Print.

I have a one-page pdf file with very little color that causes printer to quit every time. I select print and the printer makes a noise (sometimes), like it’s about to print, for one second and quits. Nothing in the queue. Not a problem with other print requests. Just this one page. Any thoughts?

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

Try printing PDF document as an image-

1. Ensure that your printer is turned on and connected.

   If necessary, test print a different file.

   2. Choose File > Print, and then click Advanced.

   The location of the Advanced button depends on the version of Reader or Acrobat.

   Mac OS: If you don't see the Advanced button, click the Down Arrow (to the right of the Printer pop-up menu).  

   3. Select Print as Image.

   The location of the Print as Image options depends on the version of Reader or Acrobat.

   

   4. Click OK to close the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, and then click OK to print.
