Greetings @DixonDadof3,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer not printing the whole document, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own by changing the toner.
Are you able to make a copy on the printer?
If you are able to make a copy on the printer without any issues, request you follow the procedure mentioned below to uninstall the printer and settings and then install it back on your computer.
Uninstall the printer from "programs and features" which can be accessed by doing a right-click on the Windows button (Please have the printer Off and disconnected during uninstallation.)
Check in device manager, if the printer is listed there, please delete it. (Right click on the Windows button to access device manager)
Go to devices and printers, select any printer listed there and you will get some options on the top.
Click on print server properties.
You will get a popup, click on the drivers tab and delete all the HP printer drivers listed there, if any.
Delete all the instances of your printer listed in devices and printers.
Restart the PC.
Once the PC is on the desktop, press Win + R, it would bring a Run dialog box,
Type %temp% in the run box and click Ok or hit the Enter button.
It would bring up the temporary files folder. Delete the files in the folder (You might not be able to delete all the files, ignore them).
If possible, delete the printer from the registries using Regedit or using any other 3rd party application.
Restart the PC again.
Download the latest full feature driver from www.hp.com/drivers and install it on the computer.
Connect the printer to your computer only when the setup prompts for the printer.
Let me know if this helped.

I have an M275nw Top Shot Laser Printer.
It is not printing the first 4 inches on the left side when I am printing in black. I have printed in red or blue and it prints on the left side of the page, when I print in black it fades and only prints the rest of page (to the right). I have changed all the toners and purchased a new Imaging Drum and it doesn't fix the issue. I have reset the printer to factory settings, rebooted the printer, disconnected from power outlet, etc. I changed the toners, put the black where the blue belongs and vice versa and it would not print because the toner was in the incorrect slot.
Super frustrating that I have spent all this money, really would like to at least use the toner I have replaced and potentially get rid of it, but I feel i'm just throwing money away at this point if I buy a new printer.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I've run out of options!

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
I'm not sure if this model has a laser unit for each colour but should it be then the laser off the black unit is most probably dirty on that side. But to reach the laser units you will have to remove the drum units.Look down inside the machine and see if there isn't any spilled toner inside the machine.Clean and retry the print.Hope this will help.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.
.Thank You.Copier-Pro
