Hello,

 

I calledto order a  HP LaserJet 4001dw and talk with an agent 30 minutes over the phone.

 

  • Didn't get any email confirmation of my order.
  • Got an email titled "Payment Link" to proceed with my order, not on the real hp.com website.
  • Just had an Order reference
  • I was able to retreive my order info from Track My Order the first time, but not yet/anymore
  • Now i'm getting "Sorry we were unable to locate your order based on the order number, email address and shipping address postcode you entered. Please check and try again. Please refer to the confirmation email you received after your product purchase."

Everything is legit?
