Will only print one side. Will NOT print Duplex when "two-sided" is selected in software during printing.  Connected to CPU via USB, not wifi.  Have tried to download software update but no effect.

Tried to use Uninstall & Reinstall function in HP Print Scan Doctor say "HP Uninstaller component is not present."

HP Support Forum was the next item on Doctor 5.2.1 list.  Virtual Agent no help

On your PC go to windows control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer. From the drop down menu select "printer properties" Click on the device settings tab and scroll down to installed options and make sure it shows that the duplex is installed.

I did the right click on the icon & looking under printer properties it said Duplex "NOT" installed.  The unit has a decal promoting it is duplex capable.  It was purchased about 18 months ago for a business that I joined this month.  It was late Friday PM. I uninstalled the printer but when I went to Add Printer to reinstall the CPU did not find any printers available so I decided to try again Monday.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
