Hi @CNDRS910CC

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

To better understand the paper printing issue with your HP LaserJet Pro M435nw Multifunction Printer, could you please provide the following details:

  • Does the issue occur when printing from the computer, making copies, or both?
  • Is the paper jamming, skewing, wrinkling, or not feeding at all?
  • Does the printer display any error message or error code?
  • What paper size and type are you using?
  • Does the issue occur from a specific tray or from all paper trays?
  • Have you recently changed the paper type or loaded a new ream of paper?
  • Is the problem occurring with every print job or only certain documents?

Additionally, if possible, please share clear photos of the paper path, paper tray, and any error messages displayed on the printer screen. This will help us identify the root cause and provide the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
