MY PRINTER, LASERJET PRO M402n is printing the pages backwards, the bottom is coming out of printer first.
this isn't so bad, but my envelopes are printing the wrong direction, and labels for Stamps.com are pinting
with the 1st row at the end of the row in #5 instead of #1.

Hello
It´s important to check your settings on the application that you are printing the envelopes from and the way you are loading the envelope on the printer
for instance on word you can play with those settings on this menu (if you are using word you can follow the steps if not you have to look the same option on your application)
Say thanks by clicking the Kudos Thumbs Up to the right in the post.

You possibly have a default setting in your application set wrong.
But, just for kicks check the print driver.
Go to Printers and Devices.
The "right click" on that particular printer.
Go down to "Printer Preferences" and click on "Finishing.
On the right, you will see a check for "Rotate by 180 degrees". Make sure there is not a check mark there.
Or, as a test, check it and then try printing to see if it comes out K.. Keep in mind that this last option is NOT a fix, just a test. If it prints correctly after checking the Rotate by 180 degrees box, then it's just conterdicting the incorrect defaults and it's actually rotating it 360 degrees... If this makes sense.

We have the same problem. It started today.
We have 2 M402dne printers in the same office with 2 Windows 7 x64 PC's. They worked fine for several months, and today only one of them went beserk. Both are configured the same and both are connected via LAN ( DHCP assigns static IP's). It was tested even with reset to default and with config file from working printer. Windows driver for both printers is set EXACTLY the same. Same thing happens if we print from Word 2016 or PDF X-viewer (same document printed to PDF file via CutePDF writer).
When printing from both PC's to both printer, duplex on memorandum paper from Tray 1 (for letters and memorandums) (paper size A4), one printer "Jasmina" prints fine/normal, but other one "Ljubica" flips the printing.
Paper is placed to tray 1 with front page up and top/upper side down to rollers. "Jasmina" prints properly. "Ljubica" prints in following manner: On front page printer prints second/back page upside down, and on the back side of the paper printer prints front/first page of the document upside down.
We are taking the faulty "Ljubica" printer to authorised repair shop tomorrow to see what is wrong with it.
