Product: HP MFP 57750dw

We have 6 HP MFP 57750dw machines in the office.   On one of them when we print a pdf approximately half a centimeter is missing from the right-hand side of the print (On invoices, for example, it means the last couple of digits on any figures is missing).  This does not happen if we print a test page or if we print any other type of documents such as word or excel.   The staff who use the printer us a mixture of Edge, Foxit, Sumatra and Adobe readers to view and print these documents and the same issue happens on all of them.    I have also printed from these machines to other MFP 57750dw printers and this problem does not occur on any of them.   We have tried various options within the pdf readers with regards to scaling etc but nothing seems to resolve this issue.   We have also tried updating the firmware on the printer to see if this resolved it but again no luck.

I have the same issue but with over 50 Machines.

We have done clean printhead level 1, level 2, advanced clean, and even used an advanced cleaning kit, with no resolution.

 

Can you please advise if you have a fix for this?
