MY PRINTER is smudging ink all the way down the left side of each page.  You can see where it picks up ink and leaves it down the side.  The bottom left of this example shows the most....  I've tried to clean everything and run the cleaning utility.  I've switched cartridges but nothing changes.  Something is IN there!  Do I need to get a technician to fix this?  Thank you!

Either a label on the fuser or the fuser hot roller cover has delamination, which I have seen a few times. Sadly the fuser is not really visible unless you disassemble the printer. Marks that are evenly spaced is a good sign of a bad fuser.

Wow; do you think it would cost more to repair than to replace?  I love the printer and it only has about 33,000 pages on it.  Do you know if Best Buy Geek Squad does this type of repair and is it worth it?  I can replace it if not.  Best Buy has it for about $499, which is a lot but this printer is perfect for me.  thank you!
