Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with a Color Laserjet 3600 printer.  It appears when the Principal is printing anything it will come out faded or blank. She will shake the cartridges then it will be fine. The toner has been replaced and calibration has been performed already.

Here is a better scenario. On Friday, the printer will be working and she is able to print stuff. On Monday, she will try to print something and this is when the issue occurs. She will shake the cartridges and it will work. This scenario happens frequently.  It appears when the printer is not being used over a day or two this is when the problem occurs.

Is this a hardware issue?

That machine is very sensitive.  If this issue is mainly happening in the morning its probably due to the fuser not being able to warm up properly.  You might need to get some service on the machine.  Also make sure you have this machine plugged direct into a wall outlet not a power strip
