Pale attachments and copies

Hello , my laserprinter makes some time now only pale copies and prints of attachments.

Normal prints like emails or wordtext are okay.

The 4 cartrides are full and the hp  scan doctor

Showes no problems.

What is the reason??

To assist better-

1)What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup  button.

2. Open the Reports menu.

3. Touch the Print Quality Page option, and then touch the OK button.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
