HP LaserJet 1536dnf MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print 2 sided the rollers roll forward to feed the paper out. When the rollers reverse to bring the paper back in to print on the second side they do not go forward again to feed out. Any help is appreciated.

Open rear door to check if there's any broken piece of paper.

Take right cover off and there're two solenoids inside which one seats at top left (double sided control) and the other one seats at bottom right. Put a piece of paper folded as a V-shape and put it into the gap of two metal (one is L-shape) to avoid them getting sticky again.

Try it to see if it helps.

What's in the video is HP LaserJet 1020 but it acts all the same as HP M1536's.

And 1020 doesn't have the double sided function.

Take care of those two solenoids first to see if it helps.
