HP Color Laser MFP 178nw printer: Was printing recipes using A5 paper. Printing front side worked great, but when I put the paper in to print back side, it pulled in the first sheet and then 3 more. All got caught up way inside the printer. Opened back door, loosed roller to get to paper. Can see paper, and tried to pull back out, but paper tore and now there are remnants of the paper I can't get out.
See photo included.
So....is there anything else I can release to remove remaining paper? Step by step or video or pictures of how to do this?

Hi @denlk
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand there is paper stuck inside the printer. I'd be happy to assist you.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to remove any jammed papers in the printer.
You may use tweezers to pull out the torn paper.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
