Paper Jam error message

My printer has an error message that says "Jam in output bin. Open rear door and clear jam".  I have followed all the suggestions for clearing a paper jam located in this forums messages.  There are no paper jams.  I have also tried resetting the printer several times.  It appears while doing a search for solutions that this is a common problem with HP Printers.  Are there any other solutions I could possibly try?

Update the printer firmware, follow the steps mentioned in this document :- Click here

If the issue still persists, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
