I have the amber light and app states I have a paper jam.  There is no paper ham.  Unsure how to clear this.  I have followed their troubleshooting

Turn off and unplug the printer. Open the ink cartridge access door, remove the paper path cover by pinching tabs, and check for tiny paper scraps or debris inside . Pull out the input tray, inspect the rollers, and gently clean them with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water .

In the last Reconnect power, turn on, and run a print job
