Hp Color Laser 150nw

Hello, I have a problem with a printer Hp Color Laser 150nw. At the moment of the printing, it appears the message "Paper jam error", but there isn't any jammed paper into the printer. I've already tried to turn off and on again the printer, waiting for different times from time to time. I've already tried to reset wireless settings, but it isn't the solution. How can I do?

Thank in advance for the reply.

A paper jam error on the printer just as it starts to print could be a miss-pick where the paper is not properly feeding, possibly something blocking the paper path. It could also be a stuck flag, although this will usually trigger an error as soon as you power the printer on. Observe the paper pickup closely and see if the roller moves at all when you send a print job.
