We are facing a printing issue with our HP printer. The printer gets stuck while printing.

Printer Details

  • Model: HP LaserJet MFP M233dw
  • Product Number: 6GX04A
  • Serial Number: Edited

Although the warranty has expired, we would still like to request a technical engineer visit to inspect and resolve the problem. We are ready to pay the service charges.

Hi @NAUSHAD6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Regarding your HP LaserJet MFP M233dw. Since the printer is out of warranty and you would like to arrange a technician/engineer visit, the next step would be to contact HP Phone Support. The support team can:

  • Arrange a paid service inspection,
  • Provide a quotation for the engineer's visit.
  • And advise the estimated repair/service charges based on the issue and your location.

Before scheduling a service visit, if you would like, we can also try a few troubleshooting steps remotely to see whether the issue can be resolved without requiring an engineer visit.

If you’d like to proceed with troubleshooting first, please let me know:

  • What exactly happens when the printer gets stuck?
  • Whether any error message appears,
  • And whether the issue occurs with all print jobs or specific documents.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
