I got a HP LaserJet 500 color M551. I'm using it to print labels and I'm using a Mac to print my pdf from. Our labels are A4 size and heavy glossy paper. When I load my labels in the printer I choose A4 followed by heavy glossy paper. I can't choose these settings in my driver when I print. This results in the printer asking me to load A4 paper. I can't seem to bypass this problem. Does anyone happen to know how to either bypass this error or how to add the correct settings to my driver so the error won't show up?
