The printer tries to pull paper from tray 2 but after a few tries, it says there is a jam in Tray 2. However, there is no jam. In the past I have cleaned the pickup roller and that solved the problem, but it didn't work this time.

Hi Tombikes1,
I would suggest to take the pickup rollers out and give them a good clean with a damp lint-free piece of cloth.
Also, check if the rollers have some grip on them or they have become very smooth. In the latter case, I would recommend replacing them, as they are considered cosumables and they must be replaced every now and then. There are some maintenance kits in the market. Give that a go.
I hope this helps,
Cheers!
