While printing a large tax return, my printer changed from a straight paper path to using the duplex paper path.  It does not print on both sides but has cut my printing speed in half.  I have tried turning off duplex, unplugging etc.  Any ideas?

you can try going into the printer menu and resetting to factory defaults.  also important to check the preferences of the app you're using to print.  perhaps the application is set to duplex even though you've told the printer not to.
