Paper path and orientation

I need to buy a new printer for pre-printed paychecks. I need to know which printers will print face up, lowest number on top. The specs on the machine don't specify paper path. I would prefer multi-function, color, good speed - and loading my paychecks so they'll print correctly. Help?

Any machine that has a fold down Tray 1 will probably work.

Many of the newer machines feed from the back or side of the Trays, those models print the side of the paper that faces up in the trays first.

Machines that feed up the front side of the printer will use the back side of the paper first.
