I have printed word documents in the past that are formatted to print an envelope. size approx 9" x 5" and i see that size as a custom size to print, but all of a sudden when I try to print with the envelope, printer cancels print as mismatch. This was working in Jan 2020. but now on March 9 2020 it is not. I do not know of any changes mad to the system.

Any help appreciated. I have already unplugged and reinitialized the printer and that did not help.

Hi,

You may set 5 inches (wide) on 9 inches (long) paper size, which is a supported custom size, be sure to set the following width and height and load the page in portrait mode to the tray, else it will be rejected due to paper mismatch, 9 inches wide on 5 inches long paper is not a supported custom size, this can easily happen due to incorrectly setting the size or loading the paper in a wrong orientation.

You may find its specifications below, see Paper-handling specifications > Supported custom sizes:

Please let me know if that may help,

Shlomi
