Hi,
I've got a new HP Color LaserJet M252dw.
Toner doesn't seem to adhere well to paper (see picture below).
I've tried different types of media, including the most standard plain white paper, but it didn't matter.
Only when I used 80gsm paper but set the driver to extra heavy (131-175gsm) the problem was gone.
I guess there's something wrong with the fuser?
Should I just replace it?
Will HP replace it for me (it's still under warranty, of course)?
I'd appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Ori
