As already explained... The "All pages"  option does not work!

Even if selected it prints only the page present on the screen and only part of it as if a print screen sas asked.

If I scroll down it will only print what is on the screen! . Need thus to scroll down to obtain another print screen until all pages of the document are 'screened' this way and printed!

Why the function "all pages" does not work anymore?

Hi @Albane1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing issues where the "All Pages" function does not work during partial printing with your HP printer, this could be due to specific settings or restrictions in the printing application or printer settings. Here's what you can do to resolve the issue:

Check Printer and Software Configuration:

  • Ensure that the printer and software settings are correctly configured for partial printing.
  • Verify that the software and printer are compatible and updated to their latest versions.

Review Print Job Settings:

  • Examine the print job settings in your printer software. Sometimes, the setting "Print all pages" might be misunderstood because of specific software constraints or features. Ensure the settings are appropriately defined for multipage documents.

Software-Specific Considerations:

  • Some software applications may not fully support partial page printing, which can cause the "all pages" setting to be bypassed or ignored.
  • Refer to the documentation supplied with your driver or software application for more specific details.

Printer Driver Update:

  • Ensure that the printer's driver is updated. Outdated drivers can lead to compatibility issues and loss of functionality in print settings.

Reprint the Document:

  • If you interrupted the data transmission initially by pressing Cancel or another button, the print job might not be completed correctly. Try sending the document to print again.

Take care and have an amazing day!
