Product: OfficeJet Pro 6970

Spent 15 minutes waiting on my phone until I was finally answered by support.  I was stating my unhappiness with a product, not rude or using any bad words and the technician then cut me off!  Even before I was able to explain the issue or tell them that they have my warranty details wrong.
