I'm looking for the name or part number of the plastic sheet that covers the section of scanner glass used by the ADF.  It unclips from the printer and has a small white plastic tab.  We have a couple that have gotten damaged; without this piece, the paper jams from the ADF.  

 

Can anyone help?
