Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an XL Page Wide 6000

It is starting to give error codes after nearly every print job, forcing shut down and restart. 

Error code is 0x10f000800000001

I am at a loss, this printer is several years old and we no longer have a support plan on it, I fear it might be failing entirely

I have updated firmware, cleaned heads, and changed cartridge(s)

please advise
