Error message reading ink cartridge stalled. I have followed all instructions to check for paper jams. There is nothing stuck. The ink cartridge is stuck on the right hand side and won’t move. I have tried turning off and back/unplugging printer cord from printer.

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the carriage jam.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

Please refer to this document for steps to clear the "Carriage Jam" error.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
