Product: LaserJet PRO m402 dne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
I have a HP LaserJet PRO M402 dne printer. It is a black and white printer only. I have only used HP cartridge in it. It prints a lot of my work documents and is used a lot. There is a constant black line traveling down the page on the right hand side. I can not see any obstructions or collection of toner that would create it. How can I get rid of this line.

2 things can leave black lines, toner or fuser. Replace toner it the problem persist you will need to get your fuser replaced or repaired. If you printed close 100 000 pages then it's fuser that is fuser average lifetime.
