Print issues HP LaserJet 3800 dots and missprint

I have attached picture to show what are the issues.

So the problems I see:

1. Two colored dots running through the page - possibly cartridge issue

2. Bottom left corner no fully printed.

Any ideas how to fix it? All cartridges been recently replaced as can be seen in report..

Dots are defective toner cartridges, and you have dirty optics in laser it is visible on magenta and yellow.
