I bought this printer on black friday 2017 and have used it very lightly since then compared to what it is designed for.  All 4 toner cartridges are still 90% full.  This issue did not just happen, it has been going on for a while now and I cannot figure out what is wrong as I am by no means a printer expert.  I have attached a photo of a test print which I have pointed out what I am talking about using the arrow tool in paint.  I am getting red lines down the left side and blue ones down the right as well as some tiny gray/light black dots to the far right and some red splotches by the blue lines on the right also.  This was not a very cheap printer so as you can imagine I am not very pleased.  Any assistance would be appreciated.print test page.jpg

Defective toners, cyan and magenta.

That was a suspicion of mine but I didn't think it was likely since the toners should be barely worn.  Any reason why something like this may have happened and how I can avoid it from continuing to happen going down the road?

You can ask a seller a warranty replacement on defective toners.

I have the same problem with the blue streaks on the right.
