How can I reset the counter on my printer? I just want to reset to 0.

The page count on these units are fixed and cannot be reset. This is to prevent unscrupulous sellers from resetting the count to present a well used product as hardly used.

The printers page count isn't intended to be reset.

May I ask why you want to set it to 0? Maybe, someone will provide a solution better than reset.

I wanted to keep track of the average pages being printed by an individual, but I read somewhere else. That there is no menu option on this printer to reset page count. Thank you.
