Hi!

Lately I have had trouble printing from my printer. It has been working from time to time, but every now and then it gives me the message  “Printer Failure. If error repeats turn off and then on. Press OK to continue”.

I have restarted it several times. I have also tried, according to an older thread, to unplug the printer and hold in the start button. And then plug it in again and try. Didn't work. I have also run a firmware update, didn't help.

The printer is loaded with only black ink (a new toner from HP), and it has no problem printing a configuration page.

Any help would be really appreciated.
