Actually two problems:

First I can only load 10 - 15 envelopes at a time.  Almost without fail when I start the print I get a paper jam error.  There is no paper jam, I close the drawer and start it going again I might get as many as three or four such errors before printing starts.  Then I run out of paper cause although the feeder is no where near full it only lets me use a few.  The paper jam errors start again.   It just took me 20 minutes to print 19 envelopes and I have 112 to print.  This only happens on #10 envelopes, all other media works fine.

The trays on this unit are not really designed as a high volume envelope feeder so it is not unexpected that you can only load a few at a time. Do you get a numerical error code when you have the jam? jams that occur with no actual paper jam are normally caused by wrong paper size settings or misfeeds. Are you feeding envelopes from the MP tray or from the slide in paper tray?
