I can't print anymore on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw because I have an expired certificate. I've updated drivers, etc, and restarted. But when I launch the HP app and go to “View All” under Printer Settings, I get a “Printer Settings Unavailable” message.  My understanding is that I need to access the Networking section here to create a new certificate. All other HP app areas display printer info as expected, so it is connecting to the printer.

If I try to access the printer settings via “Show Printer Page” in the Mac OS printer control panel, I get a “DNS address could not be found” error message in the web browser.

Solved it myself—IPV4 was turned off. After turning it on, I was able to obtain the printer's IP address, access the printer settings, and create a new certificate. All works well now.
