Hi @Sree_Office  Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To sell HP printers, cartridges or any HP products on the GeM portal, you need OEM authorization from HP before you can list those products. Simply having a GeM seller ID isn’t enough , GeM will require proof that you’re authorized by the original manufacturer to resell their brand.

For HP products, that means you must be part of the HP Partner Program first. Once you’re registered as an HP partner:

  1. Log in to the HP Partner Portal (at partner.hp.com) and complete the application.
  2. If approved, you’ll be given access to a partner account manager or support channel.
  3. Through that channel you can request the OEM authorization code/certificate that GeM asks for when listing HP products.

Without being an authorized HP partner, HP will not issue the authorization code that GeM requires, and you won’t be able to list HP branded printers or cartridges on the portal.

Regards,
Salman
