Printer can’t find router / WiFi network

my m255dw does not find my Router fritzbox 7490. does anyone else have problems finding their router? have checked all settings, other routers can be found. The printer cannot find the network. Otherwise the network can be found by all other devices and they can connect. Only the printer cannot find the network.

Hi,

An HP Laserjet Pro m255dw printer only supports a 2.4GHz wireless band, the Fritzbox 7490 is a dual-band router.

Please make sure your router is set to broadcast a 2.4GHz wifi band, with a unique name and not an identical name for both bands (please consult your router service provider for help on changing your router settings), this should allow the printer to see your wireless network and connect to it.

Thank you a lot for your quick reply. Unfortunately I did a mistake: I have the Fritzbox 7430, not 7490. therefore my router is not a Dual Band. 
do you still have an idea what the issue is?
