Replacing ink cartridges
Just bought HP cartridges 301(black) +301(colour) as the box says compatible with this printer. They're not. I've done trouble shoot & downloaded new firmware and printer is STILL showing no ink (ie not recognisning the new cartridges). Old cartridges are HP304. What am I doing wrong?
I'm connected via USB.
Thank you
