Good day,

every time I print more than 3 pages i get the following info message:

"Printer cleaning is in progress. Please wait."

and after few seconds later I get this one:

"A misprint occured. Touch "OK" to continue."

The driver of the printer is installed on a print server HP Universal pcl 6 but I dont think that the driver is the cause of the problem since I have tried to use another one. What also makes it more complicated is that the old printer did the same problem and thats why we got a new one and we are still having the same problem!!

This behaviour can be triggered by media mismatch.  That is, the printer thinking it has printed paper not matching what it expected. This can be caused by wrong settings in the driver or on the control panel itself. Also difficult to feed media that causes mis-prints can result in excessive cleaning cycles. Avoid using the paper size setting "any" whenever possible.
