Printer connectivity to the wireless

My printer has lost wireless connectivity. In the past I was able to reconnect to the wireless network by going to the home screen and choosing network set up. Thereafter I was given the choice to choose the SSID and enter to password for the network. Now I am being asked for a password before I can see the available networks. I cannot move past beyond this point. My network password is not the valid password. Any solutions?

Resetting the printer to its factory defaults may resolve this issue.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
