Hi,

I'm having two HP Printers and both are having the same issue. When printing a document the printer doesn't wake up fast enough and the printer won't print it. Bad thing is, that you don't realize the document didn't come out.

The next print job is coming out directly then.

I have the issue from several clients (Win7 and Win10), wether using print server or locally installed and on both printers.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue?

Thanks for your help!

Many sleep issues have been addressed by firmware updates over the past couple of years, If your firmware is not up to date that is the first place to start.

for FutureSmart3 current firmware is 3.9.4 released in January 2019

For FutureSmart 4 current firmware is  4.7.0.1 released January 2019

Start there and post back if it does not resolve the issue.
