Product: Hp Color Pro M452dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello community,
I have a Hp Color Pro M452dn printer and use thiswithout any problems in europe.
After changing the location to USA I have to replace the cartridges.
I get an error "incompatible cyan cartridge" (also yellow), black cartridge works without error.
Internezt says that i have to update printers firmware.
Is that working for my problem? Or only european cartridges works with my "europe" printer?

I have updated the firmeware but the error is still there.
I've read some posts about similar issues. The solution seems to be to reset the reginal settings by HP.
The problem seems to be the hard-to-reach HP support.

Can anyone suggest other solutions?
